The questions you put to this Hall, the hexagrams you cast, and the readings you receive are bound to your account and visible only to you. We do not show them to others, and we do not pass them to third parties.

We keep, for your private use: (i) your email or phone number for sign-in; (ii) your yarrow balance and purchase history; (iii) the hexagrams and readings you have received, stored in your private archive where only you can read or delete them; (iv) to improve the Hall, we record the device type (phone / tablet / desktop), browser, operating system, and approximate geographic location (country, region, city — supplied by Cloudflare's edge network) of each visit. We do not touch or store your IP address; (v) every cast attempt — including by signed-out guests — is recorded anonymously, capturing the question asked, the hexagram, and the preliminary analysis. Records for unsigned-in guests are not linked to any identity, and are used solely to refine our readings and for product analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to any third party, except where required by law or where you have given explicit permission.

All payments are processed by licensed third parties (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, WeChat Pay, LINE Pay). We neither touch nor store your card or bank information.

We use minimal local storage to maintain your sign-in and preferences. You may clear these in your browser at any time.

You may request to view the information we hold on you, or to delete your account, at any time. We will respond within seven days of your request.
